Mike Armanious,CCIM

 Michael Armanious, CCIM, is a contributing author of ExceedCE’s and CBA Washington’s video training courses.  Mike has been a real estate broker since 2003 and serves the state of Washington, including Snohomish, King, Pierce, Kitsap and Thurston counties. He specializes in the sales of investment properties and has successfully negotiated dozens of leases for all types of commercial properties.  

Mike's ability to network and form alliances has led to his successfully leasing of numerous retail and office spaces throughout Washington State, including Spokane, Olympia, Aberdeen and throughout Pierce County.   Appraisers, lenders and attorneys rely on Mike’s expertise when verifying comparable market information. During his career, Mike has listed & sold nearly $250MM of real estate.

As a Washington State certified instructor, Mike teaches several commercial classes from introductory level to complex commercial analysis. His students range from not-yet licensed to new licensees all the way up to 50 + year real estate professionals.
