Duane Gomer

Duane Gomer is an ExceedCE contributing author and is the founder and CEO of a Duane Gomer Seminars, a California Education Company approved to present Real Estate Licensing, Notary Public, and Mortgage Loan Courses. Established in 1978 they have grown to be one of the most respected in the State. Before establishing the company, Duane was an instructor at UCLA, Columnist for the Daily News, Real Estate Broker, Manager, and Syndicator.

Duane is an author of books on Property Management, Agency, Ethics, Trust Funds, Fair Housing, Risk Management and Taxes, Foreclosures and Evictions. He is a columnist in many newspapers.

Duane holds a B.S. from Indiana University and MBA from UCLA.
