Ann Dillon

Ann Dillon oversees ExceedCE’s regulatory compliance, bringing over  25 years’ experience in developing, delivering and managing training programs, 10 of those years in the commercial real estate industry.  Ann has an M.S. degree in Instructional Technology from New York Institute of Technology, where she graduated with distinction. She brings a depth of knowledge and insight to her role as a training professional, and has worked in a variety of industries, including such Fortune 500 companies as Coldwell Banker Commercial Affiliates, Merrill Lynch, AT&T, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and the fragrance and fashion leader, Chanel, Inc. In addition to her M.S. degree, Ann has a B.A. degree in English and Education from Rutgers University.

Ann is a certified analyst for the AVA Behavioral Assessment, and she is a licensed New Jersey real estate referral agent.  She resides in Whiting, NJ with her husband, Kevin.
